Born in Nairobi county, TIMANU was bred in the Githurai 44 estate.Timanu is a second born in a family of three. He is a dancer and Dancehall/Reggae artist. His love for music and dancing started at a tender age. So he used to perform in his church along with other kids.

He likes consciously written music that appeal to the downtrodden in the society. In regard to this and the environment he was brought up in, led him to reggae and Dance-hall music.

He was greatly inspired locally by Redsan and Ousmane and international artists like Busy signal and Buggle
 
Artistic name Timanu is simply a fusion of his official names Timothy Anunda which were coined from way back in high school.





Timanu holds a bachelors degree in Information Sciences from Moi University. He attended Ganze high school in Kilifi County

He featured Bradfyter in a song called Farmyard produced by Symo on the beat


He gets his music inspirations from the ghetto life he is been through. He is not signed to any label.

TIMANU RADIORICH  is a creative radio bound rising artist that reggae fans should take serious.
